Early Morning Report: The theft was reported to the authorities at approximately 5 AM on September 1. This early morning report came as a shock to the residents of the apartment complex, who had been unwittingly targeted by the thief. According to initial reports, the theft involved eight mobile phones, which were stolen from the tenants residing in the affected apartment.
